At Heavy Stuff, we don't sell standard kits. Our collection consists of heavy industrial furniture, extremely delicate vintage neon lighting , and unique, irreplaceable eye-catchers with character. This requires customized shipping. Whether you live or work in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, we'll ensure your newest acquisition arrives undamaged at its new home.
How we get your order to you safely
Standard Parcel Post (Smaller Items & Enamel Signs)
Items that fit in a sturdy box and can withstand a few knocks—like our original enamel signs and home accessories—are carefully packaged and shipped via regular parcel services. Once we've handed over your package, you'll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your order all the way to your door. We'll do our utmost to get your order out the door as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy it!
Shipping costs: Because we ship throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, the exact shipping costs for your order are automatically calculated and clearly displayed during checkout.

Fragile Transport (Vintage Neon & Glassware) Original neon lights and glass objects are beautiful, but extremely fragile. We package these items with the utmost care in special, shock-absorbing materials. Where necessary, we use a specialized courier to ensure the glassware (and the gas!) survives the journey unscathed. Please note: Colors may vary slightly in real life from the photos. At checkout, you can easily choose between pickup or secure delivery via our own service.

Prefer to have it delivered? Large & Heavy Transport (Cabinets & Workbenches)
Did you score a large doctor's cabinet, an authentic workbench, or a solid steel factory lamp , but it won't fit in your own trunk? No problem. We'll arrange for a reliable furniture courier or use pallet transport. The carrier will always contact you beforehand to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Furniture transport costs: Because heavy transport is truly custom work, we automatically calculate these exact costs for large items in your shopping cart during checkout, based on your postal code and the destination country.

With a great deal of respect and common sense, we refuse to skimp on packaging. Fragile original neon lights receive extreme shock absorption, and our solid steel LED signs are packaged so robustly that they can withstand even the toughest delivery truck.
We're not some anonymous, soulless box-pusher who promises to ship everything within 24 hours. Every item is hand-inspected and carefully packaged. Standard inventory takes a few business days. If you've opted for a custom LED sign or a special custom project, we'll agree on a delivery time with you in advance.
We ship our items safely and insured to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany as standard. If you live elsewhere and still have your eye on a piece of raw industrial heritage, send us a message and we'll see if we can arrange a carrier.
Absolutely. You're welcome to pick up your belongings yourself by appointment. But beware: we sell large, heavy items. So please bring a decent van or trailer, not a small city car with all the seats flattened. We'll be happy to help you load.
We package everything securely to prevent this, but if a delivery driver does decide to play rugby with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us immediately upon receipt and send clear photos of the damage and the packaging. No hassle or fine print, we'll simply provide a fair solution.
